· Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive company growth.
· Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; relevant experience is preferred.
2. Education Consultant
· Responsibilities: Provide guidance to students regarding their educational and career paths.
· Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; experience in counseling or advisory roles is advantageous.
3. Job Consultant
· Responsibilities: Assist individuals in job searching and facilitate recruitment processes.
· Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; prior experience in recruitment or HR is beneficial.
4. Marriage Consultant
· Responsibilities: Offer matchmaking services and provide advice related to marriage.
· Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or a related field; experience in counseling or advisory roles is preferred.
Common Criteria for All Positions:
· Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
· Age Limit: 20 to 40 years.
· Educational Requirement: Higher Secondary (HS) to Graduate level.
