I agree the Agreement of RNDIT Job Consultancy (RNDITJC), that if) join any job through RNDIT Job Consultancy. I will pay (50% Consultancy charges from First Month salary) i.e. 15 days Salary as a (Consultation Fee) to RNDIT Job Consultancy (One Time). I understand that the registration fee & Service Charge is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. The registration validity is for 1 year only. If anyone leaves the RNDIT JOB Group, re-registration will be mandatory.

- If I get a job through RNDIT Job Consultancy, I will pay 50% of my first month’s salary (i.e., 15 days' salary) as a one-time consultation fee to RNDIT Job Consultancy, after joining the job.
- The registration validity is for 1 year only.
- If anyone leaves the RNDIT JOB Group, re-registration will be mandatory.
- If I fail to pay the consultation fee after joining, legal action may be taken
- Re-interview is not guaranteed if a candidate misses the scheduled interview.
- If a candidate voluntarily leaves the job after joining, RNDIT will not be responsible.
- Using RNDIT Job Consultancy services means the candidate fully accepts all these rules and conditions.
- RNDIT provides job assistance and interview opportunities only; getting a job depends entirely on the candidate’s skills, performance, and the employer’s final decision.
- If a candidate is not selected after an interview, the entire responsibility lies with the candidate’s skills, experience, and interview performance; RNDIT will not be held responsible.
- If a candidate lacks the required skills, knowledge, communication ability, or experience, blaming RNDIT will be considered completely invalid.
- RNDIT is a training institute and job consultancy; becoming job-ready is the candidate’s own responsibility.
- Selection or rejection, salary, job profile, duty hours, and workplace policies are internal matters of the employer, over which RNDIT has no control.
- Claiming that “RNDIT is at fault because the job was not provided” shall be considered legally and practically invalid.
- RNDIT considers it both its right and duty to protect its reputation, dignity, and goodwill.
- Any false allegation, threat, or attempt to damage RNDIT’s image will be treated as a punishable legal offense.
- Interview videos may be used for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, the official website, promotional activities, public awareness, and internal records.
- If a candidate is not selected after the interview, they will not have the right to demand deletion of the interview video on that basis.
- Any request such as “Delete my video because I did not get the job” shall be considered invalid.
- Deletion of any interview video shall be solely at the discretion of RNDIT and not a right of the candidate.
